Q.  What are the available production lengths?  

A:   Production lengths are typically three minutes long and are available in six, nine, twelve minutes and up. 

Q:  How many messages can I get within a three minute production?

A:   An average of four to five type written sentences per paragraph with five to six paragraphs within the script. 

Q:  Do I have to type the script? 

A:   Only if you want to. Our professional script writers can generate a script for your review based on basic information about your company. Once the script is written, it is sent to you for review and edits. 

Q:  Can I have male and female voices in my production?

A:   Absolutely! Need a Spanish female voice? We offer a diversified talent base for all of our clients' needs. With over 50 years combined of professional voice talent, we can help. 

Q: Will this work with my phone system?

A:  Yes. If your phone system has a Music On Hold (MOH) input, our digital playback equipment plugs into the MOH jack . It's that easy. And, if you have just one or two phone lines without a phone system, we can help you interface the digital announcer to your lines. Please call us for additional information. 

Q: Is there a warranty on equipment?

A:  Yes, the On-Hold Company offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY against defects and workmanship and will repairor replace the unit.  The On-Hold Company is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damanages in connection with the use of this product.  This warranty does not include labor for installation or removal of the unit.
