TAPE MECHANISM
To guarantee a perfect download, our system uses the highest
quality tape drive in the industry. This drive is built to
accompany high end stereo equipment, not the automobile or
answering machine tape drives found in lower quality products. The
unit loads your customized on-hold program on speed every time.
SELF TEST
Our system constantly reviews the integrity of your recorded
production. The unit has an on board computer that recognizes when
damage has been done to the recording and automatically downloads a
fresh recording. Self Test maintains your quality production 24
hours a day.
ZERO GAP
Most auto download systems listen for silence to know when to stop
recording. They hear a predetermined length of silence and stop
recording. This leaves an irritating gap of silence between the end
of your production and the beginning. Our system is different. It
records the silence gap, but the on board computer has the
intelligence to go back and delete the silence, leaving ZERO GAP in
the loop.
VERBAL PROMPTING
Our unit is the easiest on-hold system to operate. A human voice
leads you through tape installation. When power is supplied to the
system it says, "Please insert your cassette tape with the label
facing you and close my door." When downloading is complete you
will hear, "Your production has been successfully digitized."

The On-Hold company offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY against defects and
workmanship and will repair or replace the unit, at its option. The
On-Hold Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages in connection with the use of this product.
This warranty does not include labor for installation or removal of
unit.
